This was just posted in BBV:

As you can see it's pretty mind-blowing. I don't know how much truth is in it but figured i'd give you guys a heads up, all the more information to quickly solve this thing.

Your email about this issue, along with this link, was forwarded to me by our support team.

I can assure everyone that there is absolutely no way that Mark Seif is able to see his opponent's hole cards, nor does he have any ability to manipulate the outcome of the games at Absolute Poker. Mark plays with his own money, and does so under the same conditions as all other players at the table. He does not have access to any information that other players cannot access. The system at Absolute Poker is built in such a way that no one is able to access information on player hole cards in real time, and Mark is not an exception.

If anyone has any further questions about this, or anything else, please feel free to contact me directly at prm@absolutepoker.com and I would be happy to assist however I can.

Would we have any legal recourse if Absolute doesn't make an effort to return funds?

If somehow mark seif had the ability to see his opponents holecards why is he down so much? If hes a pro id pretend he has at least some idea how to play poker and therefore he would knew how to use this advantage in a way that no would notice and he would crush the games for years. This doesnt make too much sense to mee

I play at AP every day. I have no doubt that if there are cheaters, it's not AP but someone that has hacked the software.

<3 to Seif and AP. I have faith they'll figure it out.
