Seems good to me. Good PF raise and flop call. OK to check the turn for a free one. Its too early to push in on the turn or a make a bet that will get called by two spades or J.

I think this is fine.
Occasionally I will stick it in on the flop, though.

If we get called we usually have 12-15 outs.

I agree. Stack size is sort of awkward, I make it 550-600 and shove any turn.
