should've raised pre-flop with the medium pair to thin the field and get information; the UTG limp / call PF and check / call on the flop could indicate a slow played over-pair bigger than yours or a pair of sixes or AcKc or maybe Ac7c. What kind of a read did you have? You might be way ahead or way behind I like the turn check, I dislike the river bet because the jack didn't help you and it could've helped him and the only thing that's going to call you is something that beats you.
