Whatever happened to the poker show that was planned where the pros had a draft and made several teams of 6 or so players?

I remember Negreanu and others talking about this about a year ago. Did the show ever get produced or was it canned right off the bat?

Word was the PPL had funding problems sometime after the draft but before it actually started, so I assume it's indefinitely on hold.
