I think i'm highly addicted to poker... i would have to play for a few hours of poker before i go to bed. and sometimes i would get up in the middle of the night and turn on my computer and start playing because i wouldn't be able to fall sleep. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] does that happen to any of you?

I stopped playing poker for a year because of this so I could deal with it. Now I play certain hours ever day, like a job. That way I continue to have a real life.

I have a poker addiction, but not a gambling addiction.

The thrill of potentially winning/losing money is of no interest to me. I just want to beat the game.

Some might see this as deluded self-justification, but it honestly makes sense to me.
