Which non-US friendly sites can be played from within the US?

OK, I know we've had threads like this before, but I've never seen a comprehensive list. I'm travelling South for a few days, and I'm wondering which non-US friendly sites players from other countries have been able to play at while they were travelling in the US. I'm looking for actual trip reports, not just what you've heard or believe. I'll add to the list when I go.

Really? No one from outside the US has played on any of these sites whilst travelling in the US??

I played on 32red casino (microgaming) when I was in the US, even though they do not allow US players. So maybe the Microgaming poker rooms will work as well. I realize some Microgaming rooms allow US players, so maybe this is a loophole.

iPoker rejected me when I logged in while in the US.

EmpirePoker let me log in to claim a bonus, but I didn't play, so there may be some hope there.

Thanks Paul, that's a great start. I think you're probably right on Microgaming. I'm pretty sure most of these "IP bans" are network wide, so it's likely all MG sites will work.

So, we have so far:

Microgaming - Yes

iPoker - No

All - as long as you route your connection over a server located outside of the US.

A lot of help you lot are.

Well, I'm down here now, and as it turns out I've had very little time to play poker anyway. I did play some OnGame tonight, it was fine. Pacific & Party, no go. I'll update this for future reference, since this is asked once in a while here:

Microgaming - Yes
OnGame - Yes

iPoker - No
Pacific - No
Party - No

Why do you need to ask, why can't you just open all the rooms and see for yourself?

I don't know the details, but a friend of mine asked me if I wanted a Party account. I live in the US but he said there's def a way, it would be registered in someone else's name but somehow it can work

Sigh. I would think that would be fairly apparent, but what the heck:

1) I wanted to decide before I went which sites I would be playing at, saves me time when I get down here and lets me decide where I should have money. I don't know about you, but I don't keep money on all of the 50+ sites I've ever played on.

2) More importantly, it's possible that a site could choose to lock your account if you tried to play from the US. I'm not sure which site it was, but I know I've heard of this happening in the past. I'd rather find this out from someone who's had this happen then find out first hand.

But yes, now that I'm here, that is of course what I'm doing. Thanks for the valuable suggestion.
