Two Plus Two Newer Archives - Problems with Rakebreak.com and Absolute Poker

I am signed up to Absolute Poker via Rakebreak.com. The last month of rakeback I've gotten was for the month of June. I contacted RB and they said they don't actually do the payments, that AP does, and I would have to contact them. I contacted AP and they claim they made the payments. My account transfer history page clearly shows the last transfer made to me was for June's rakeback. I even was asked to send a screenshot of that. AP is being very slow and not very helpful and very frustrating, but at least are replying. Rakebreak has been quick with responses (which are riddled with typos) but seems like they really have no information or power or any help at all. I've been using the account for about 1.5 years and always got my rakeback and had no problems. I was wondering if 1)Anyone has ever had anything like this happen, and 2)If anyone has any suggestions.

I feel like it just keeps going back and forth of me saying "You didn't pay me" and them saying "Yes we did".
