I only like playing SCs with position. The earliest I'll think about playing them is MP, but only then if CO and BTN are tight. Generally I wait until LP to play SCs.

That doesn't mean it's wrong to raise T9s under the gun, though. From what I understand a lot of LAGs do it. Definitely a style thing.
