5/10NL KK vs ?? tough spot?

I have 1350 in front of me, on the button. I have VPIP=22 and PFR of about 17. I have been playing very aggressive.

A LAG play pots it from utg+1. Folded to me, I 3-bet making it 120. I have been doing this a lot, so it does not necessarily mean I have anything at all. The bb is a TAG player with a PFR % of < 10. He 4-bets me to 400. I get a bit suspicious that he might have AA, but it's hard to laydown b/c I have been 3-betting so much that I could see this as 99-QQ, AK as well, though on the other hand he is really tight so I am not sure.

I decide to call. The flop comes 236 rainbow. He checks. I decide to check (mistake?). The turn comes another 2. There is 840 in the pot and he bets 500. I have 950 left. What do you do?

IMO push, but im a donkey
however, ur table image is aggro hence he could be 3 betting any of those hands.
The flop check looks fishy to me, maybe QQ fearing u have KK
or even AK and just giving up.
U check the flop and he has to bet the turn IMO nearly everytime with hands like AK QQ to stop ur AK from drawing.

But im fishy so any other suggestions

I'd definitely say he has QQ or AK almost 100% of the time here, rareeely AA and once in a while KK. I would like calling here and calling a shove or shoving yourself on any river (except an ace). That would help get you value from a bluff maybe...? As well as QQ and JJ being priced in.

You actually believe he's betfolding QQ/JJ on turn? no way. If he got AK he's not bluffing the river making it 450 more for u to call. Flopcheck is good, now get it in on turn.

as played get it in. preflop though this is one of those spots where we may be able to pitch it (and i dont fold KK, ever, like never) because a player with less than a 10pfr cold 4 betting screams AA to me, and his flop action is still consistent with AA since your call is always AA KK QQ AK and if he thinks you might fold to a pot bet (shove would prob be about pot sized) he can check and just hope you don't 2 out, and convince yourself that QQ/JJ is the best hand.

Doesn't matter.
You stack JJ/QQ almost always by checking the flop (sometimes worse).

I think you're being results oriented on this one.
