Hi all --

I am definitely heading down to Foxwoods on Oct. 30 to play in the $600 LHE tourney. Since this is the only limit event, I was wondering if any Fox mid limit regulars are also playing.

there's a chance I will, haven't decided yet. I played in the 600 and 1k events last year and they were the softest tables I've played in years.

I don't know if I can afford it.

I might play depending on how large the field is. I've never played a live tourney since I hate being locked into the game for such long periods of time & limit tourneys take forever.

My booklet here says:

Starting Chips: 3000

Time per Level: 50 min.

But, do you know the starting blinds & how fast they climb? Just trying to gauge how crap-shooty the tourney will be.

Not for me.
A buddy of mine who floats around this forum played the 1K event last year and gave rave reviews... don't remeber the field size. I would assume a similar crowd frequents the 600 tourney.

Levels are 50 minutes

Level Blinds Limits

1 25-25 25-50
2 25-50 50-100
3 50-100 100-200
4 75-150 150-300
5 100-200 200-400
6 150-300 300-600
7 200-400 400-800

It will be a bit short-stacked, but the level length is decent. I wish there was a 75-150 limits level between levels 2 and 3.

I will on the East Coast this weekend and will be making a side excursion to FW on Sunday morning through Tuesday or Wednesday. I may play the donkament.
