just wondering if FTP offers rakeback, and if so at what percentage...if not do sites like partpoker & pokerstars or any big sites like that offer it

yes, they do. 25-30% i belive

partypoker and pokerstars dont.

That's something that could be googled BTW OP. Additionally, it'll give you a pretty good list of sites that do RB like raketherake.
