Value/blocking bet minraised on river

Villian is 50/13.5 over 108 hands.
Basically, who plays this different? Would like input on bet sizes. The river bet is cuz basically I put him on a flush draw. The river did not help him, so why the [censored] is he minraising here?

35 on turn, push river.

Re: Value/blocking bet minraised on river

30-34 on the turn, by betting so small we're almost giving him odds if he has a pair and spade. River I dunno if I like a push because I don't know if he calls with AK-KT, but if he goes to showdown too often I don't mind a shove.

Who minraises w/ a worse hands here???
Did I screw myself w/ bet sizing into him trying to extract more value out of AK/lesser two pr????

Re: Value/blocking bet minraised on river

I think you could bet 55 and fold to a raise because he's less likely to raise you

Re: Value/blocking bet minraised on river

There's more value than 30 on the river, but like, he's just gonna flat most times, and he's not gonna raise too often without a big hand.

Def call the min-raise. You look really weak, he's a donk and you're getting great odds with top 2. This is not close. But I prefer setting up for a river shove on the turn.

Ooops. I messed up his stats. His aggro factor is .5 over 100 hands if that means much on such a small sample.

Re: Value/blocking bet minraised on river

Just means he's gonna check or call more which makes me wanna bet more (on turn too) instead of betting 1/3.

I bet 30-35 on turn and shove river. As played, I fold.
