ARRESTED DEVELOPMENT = GREATEST OF ALL-TIME?
 

it is afaik. the random/awkward comedy that is rapidly becoming mainstream was mastered in this series. by far the best character development i have seen in a tv series in a looong time. shame nobody watched it...
