Only received 4 Books

i cleared the bonus at everest poker and chose 5 books ( HoH1 german, Sklansky on no limit holdem german,WInning Low limit hold'em , mathematics of poker, serious poker )

i received sklansky on no limit from pokerbooks.de within a few days and a few days later i got a package with the 3 english books.

When will i get HoH1?
