moving beyond cbets or fps?

i just wanna hear some of your guys thoughts on trying to extract value in a heads up pot after you raised preflop on a safe flop. is it even worth the extra few bets the times they don't draw out on you? here's an example

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP2 ($2.81)
CO ($3.48)
Button ($2.93)
SB ($3.29)
BB ($4.16)
UTG ($1.77)
UTG+1 ($10.97)
Hero ($5.13)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.25, 3 folds, SB calls $0.23, 1 fold.

Flop: ($0.55) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($0.55) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets $0.2, Hero calls $0.20.

River: ($0.95) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.5, SB folds.

Final Pot: $1.45

i had mixed emotions; i was happy i got the extra bet since most likely he woulda folded to a cbet on the flop, but i also wasn't sure if this would work enough on a safe flop to be +EV. i'm thinking this is kind of a 90/10 or 80/20 thing - 80% of the time i should be cbetting, but 20% of the time i should try something like this? or maybe i'm thinking a little too much for NL$5, hehe. i'm not sure, what do you guys think? is this a good spot for something like this? should i be raising the turn?

if you aren't c-betting this flop, what flops are you? this is about as ragged as you can get.

yeah, im usually cbetting this flop every time, but for some reason i thought i could get an extra bet from him with a worse hand or push him off a marginal pair. i guess this isn't so good without reads.

Yeah, I think that given no reads, you should bet this flop 99% of the time. Maybe all. Like other person said, it was very ragged. Rainbow, only scare card to you was a ten. Better to bet it and then find out where you're at, if not just taking it down there.

The other player is obviously extremely weak, as any 1/2 pot bet by him on the river woulda made you fold.

You just gave him two free cards. I don't like it.
