Option 3 is obviously worse than JT987 23467 QQ6, which might be worse than T9876 23467 QQJ. I suspect #1 scores the best, though.

Wild-ass guess: I like 789TJ 23467 QQ6. I think making #2 in the middle and queens in front more than makes up for the relatively weak back.

I was close, it looks like going with QQJ in front might be a tiny bit better. From a sample of 12825 opponent hands, here are the undominated options:
