eng - fluent
spanish - fluent (mom = mexican)
farsi - spoken only (dad = persian)
italian - passable speaking and reading, mediocre writing (took some courses, multiple travels there)
french - fluent (learned in grade school, cont. to practice)
japanese - can make out hiragana and katakana, but basically trace bits here and there
