Tricky spot with TP on monotone board

Villain is 23/17 over 5k hands datamined. Seems ok although a little passive perhaps. My image is probably standard solid 21/18 tag.

What do you guys like? b/f? c/c? c/f? I was pretty lost here and am still unsure the best turn line.

I usually bet/fold here I think. If he's ABC and doesn't really get out of line I like 2/3 pot on turn and 1/2 pot on river.

I think c/f is to weak, and that c/c puts us in too many tough spots on the river. I like a b/f especially vs a passive villian. Gives us protection, and defenitley some value as well. Id say bet like 78 and fold to any further action.

Since villain is passive, what's our line on a blank river if he flats the turn? C/C up to how much?

Seems a pretty standard b/f
