Think my friend set the record for highest DUI
 

He blew a .25 blood alcohol level. Yeah hes retarded and so are my other friends that took a lift with him to go the 5 blocks. He got pulled over and the cops just gave him the breathalyser on the spot. He ended up getting thrown in the drunk tank and got his license suspended for 1 month. In the morning he still blew a .12 so they didnt let him go until the afternoon.

first offense. They dont really care how much over you are. The penalty is determined based on repeat offenses and on whether you are over .08 or not.

The cops should have suspended his life permanantly. Or just cripple him or something more humane like that.
