was there ever an attempt for a fedor vs wanderlei silva fight?
 

They seemed to dominate their own divisions for so long ... just wondering if PRIDE ever had a Silva/Fedor fight setup? Considering Silva was fighting heavyweights for awhile and did pretty good. IMO the only way someone is gonna beat Fedor is to hit him with a punch like Fujita did and Silva was quick enough to possibly do it. Anyone know ?

The first Cro Cop vs Silva fight with the cheese rules and no decisions was bad enough. Then the rematch in the GP kinda showed why there are weight classes.
