Marginal flop decision?

Small sample villian is 47/11/0.5

PokerStars 0.10/0.20 Hold'em (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 1 fold, Button calls, 1 fold, Hero checks.

Flop: (3.50 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, Button folds, Hero calls?

I figure villian to have better than a 4 here.

might have the best hand, might have the best draw, might have both, might have neither. i'd call but the pot is pretty small, and I wouldn't call the river UI.
