So it's either a blocking bet or he's begging for you to raise him, and judging by his flop/turn action, it looks like he wants you to raise.

Just call the [censored] river.

are you folding to a shove? if not i think you get in 4500 ahead and 7k in behind and i dont really think you're ahead more than half the time you get called (though you need to be a little more than that)
