Ok, this brings up a question I have about the NSFW issue. I've never had a job of that nature, and my best educated guess would be a boss wouldn't want you looking at ANYthing that didn't pertain to work. It could be a sports picture, a picture of a puppy, whatev, and I can see a boss saying, "wtf are you looking at pictures of cats speaking incorrect english on my time!?!?" See what I mean?

Or if it's a lax environment, I can see how boobs and extremely racy pics would be frowned upon. However, swimsuit pics are pretty racy (especially the young kids and their bikinis) but seem to be ok...

The ladies on the toilets, especially because they didn't seem to be invasive or voyeuristic, really stumped me due to the above reasons.

While hilarious, ban for the profanity? In my MSPaints I still always censored any profane language, so it's common sense ldo, but what is the exact line with profanity in a pic that mightve been an honest mistake?

delete image, slap on the wrist with mod notes (1-2 days)

if they have posted that kind of stuff before or have history of profanity filter, increase it to 3-5 days with a strong warning

I wouldn't ban for profanity, but I'd delete the link and leave a note explaining why.
