Yeah I saw him a few days ago and assumed he would be banned within the hour but he seems to have slipped under mod radar. His first account should be perma banned too

well none of these accounts have the same IP but they are all in San Francisco; I'd say it's safe to assume they are the same person with a non-static IP.

As I said, I am theorizing that this is BowToYourSensei but I have no proof; perhaps Ryan has more tools available to make that conclusion than I do.
