Top and botton OOP vs TAG 2/4

Villain is on all my tables, 25/18 ish, seems average. Flop/turn play are debateable too but mostly curious about river.

Thanks,

First off, usually I just fold this preflop out of position for reasons exactly like this. I would probably fold river. Seems like at least a better 2 pair or most likely a set. I hate these spots so much.

Gotta call river getting almost 2.5-1. Don't have to like it, though. That 4's a deceptively ugly card for you, too, as the only draw on the board just got there.

2.5-1 isn't nearly the magic number for me given the line a TAG-villain with 2 opponents behind took on such a dry flop and followed up on turn and river with. i fold.

I would call if the straight didnt get there, but it did. Looks like A8 or 67
