AK TPTK vs. huge fish. River bet size?

Villain is 82/24 over 70 hands.

How much should I bet on the river. And betting is best, right? Villain is playing like a huge fish and I felt I was very likely to be ahead here.

Comments on other streets always welcome.

I think a c/c is best here.

Preflop raise is weak OOP with 2 limpers...I'd raise it up to 12-14$...flop bet is small as well...i'd probably throw out a 16-18$ bet as played....against this type of opponent i have no problem getting all my chips in on the river...

If he's such as fish, I think just pot, pot and pot. Why do you check the turn? Bet more on the flop so you can get his stack by the river.

As played, I'll push or bet 1/2 pot and fold to raise. Not sure which is best coz if he's such a big fish, his range could be huge.

Raise more PF, bet more on the flop.

You're right, I should have raised more preflop (and on flop). I suspect I had more tables open than I should have and wasn't paying enough attention.

I used to just pot, pot, etc. but lately I've been betting 2/3 - 3/4 pot on flop and turn usually and it feels somehow better to me, so far anyway though I did bet too little this time in any case.

The turn c/r ... I would normally keep firing here, a very high percentage of the time but maybe it's better to c/r at least 10% of the time as opposed to betting 100% of the time like I used to do?

82/24 doesn't say he's a fish. Depends on AF and WSD.
On one of my tables I've a VPiP 70% PFR 0% AF 0.31 WSD 57% on 110 hands. Now that's a fish! However he seems to understand when he's really behind (and fold).
Back to topic: you've only TPTK. He calls PF, Flop and your turn C-R. Can he be so donk that he's nothing at that point?
I would not think about extracting more money, but about a cheap showdown. Check and call a small river bet. Or a blocking bet, if you think it's better.
