Would this villain never check an A on the turn? Confused why an A can't be part of his range.

dont you think this would be a bad call with AQ- if you couldn't see my hole cards?

Depends on your image I guess. I'm not in the habit of trying to get opponents to lay down trips HU. So I guess what you are saying is that an A could be a part of his range - but you think he can't call anyway. Would you check-back trips/full-house on the turn - seems unlikely given that you are a bit deep. Or is he supposed to believe you have a flush.

Besides a flush, what hands would you play like this?

WTF i played this hand earlier today, but guess the villain (hero in this thread) folded. I could be wrong though.

Check stack sizes in HH, should be pretty obvious.

Yeah. People just don't fold trip aces that often heads up for whatever reasons you choose, be they genius or fish-factor. Although, this guy does seem like the type of player it could work against.

This is my point. Only this hand comes into mind. As far as I know I have never played our hero, but if he is aggro as all players on this forum seem to be I don't see the villian
folding an A here. His turn check does not always mean Kx/QQ/JJ type of hand
