$650 WSOP Sat moved to Saturday permanently?
 

Saw that the $650 WSOP sat is running on Saturday this week. At first I thought they added one, but then I saw that the Sunday $650 is not running this week. Is this a permanent move, so that they don't compete with the other Sunday events?

They made a larger buyin qualifier ($1050) that is on Sunday now.

The $1050 will be on Friday. Also for the foreseeable future the $650 will be on Saturday now

Or more generally, why is Sunday so devoid of WSOP sats? Every other day of the week there are a bunch of choices throughout the day...then on Sunday there's just the $27 T/R and the $650 (or was) during the day.

So Sundays have become my FT and UB day until late afternoon.

Thanks for the info, Jurollo.

This could be to attract more US donks (like me) who don't want to play until 2am Sunday to cash in this. I have to get up on Monday mornings!

Or perhaps they don't want to compete with the other Sunday majors. I noticed that there's no $320 on Saturday afternoon anymore. I guess the $650 just replaces the $320 at that slot.

Yes, it starts at 3am ET. So is that Saturday night, or Sunday morning? Depends on your alarm clock, I guess.
