Interesting 2/4 hand from a tuff_fish vid

so I just watched a tuff_fish vid out of sheer procrastination, and was fascinated by this hand:
5 handed, effective stacks around 350

TF is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], raises to $10
button raises to $26, TF calls

Flop is A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (56$)
TF bets $65, button calls

Turn 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($188)
TF checks, button bets $20, TF calls

River 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($228)
TF checks, button bets $226, TF folds

I would like comments on most streets here.

Does anyone fold PF, or 4 bet?

Would anyone advocate a c/r on the flop? What about against the strange turn bet?

Who folds the river?

What other lines would you have taken?

Thanks everyone

c/r flop. turn bet is whatever, I guess I checkraise, but I'm not in that spot because I've checkraised flop or if possessed and forced by the spirit of tuff_fish to lead flop, I've led turn also. River fold is horrible because your hand is incredibly underrepresented.
