I don't know much about Villain except he's 26/19/2 and it seems like he calls raises in the blinds more often than the standard TAG. First hand I play with him this session.

Good question. I usually do not. Perhaps I am a pansy. I think I can only value bet here if villain thinks I bluff too much.

and call the raise? just check it. A small value bet risks too much to gain too little, and a large value bet on this board is more of a bluff than anything.
