6.50 - Tricky spot with JJ

For some reason the HH isn't showing stacks. Assume hero and villian are both around 1500. Early and no reads on villian.

I'd like thoughts on all streets. Do you normally flat call or 3bet this preflop?

After I 3bet, I was concerned that betting out only gets called by better hands. If his range for calling my 3bet is somewhat tight, like 77+ AJ+, and i fire at the flop, i'm only getting value from TT, and the rest of the hands that beat me call or raise and hands that I beat fold, so i thought about trying to c/c the flop and induce his worse hands to bet out. Is this approach totally awful? because i normally hate checking to slowplay, but this time i didnt think betting had much value.

On the turn, i just let all of his Ace hands get there. hooray.

River bet is strange, but i'm at least calling this. anybody ever raise this random little bet?

it seems like your getting way into some fps 3betting pre/checking overpair on flop.. cut it out.

flat pre.

as played defffffffffly bet 3/4ths on flop. at this level you are defly getting value from more hands than TT.

as played check turn.

as played defly just call river.

3 betting is good preflop, sometimes I'll flat out of the blinds or in position where I'm doing more setmining vs good regulars. Flop once you 3bet pre is a mandatory bet. Other streets are ok. You don't want overs to fall on the turn and you've done nothing to protect your hand.

i know people like to make inferences on what people will call and fold with, but at this level one generally cannot make the same inferences, which is why i usually have no problem betting the flop. flat call or rr pf is fine IMO.

once you decide to 3 bet, letting him take a turn (by checking flop) when a bunch of cards either kill your action or put you way behind is pretty sucky IMO vs someone who likely sucks as is. i think there are plenty of hands that readless 6.50 players will play big pots with here and I would just go with the hand, youre good a lot more than you seem to think.

as played after the flop action, sure.

I'd flatcall pf. Bet the flop.

if hes raising utg and a known i think a flat is good, other than that i would usually 3 bet, but you absolutely have to bet flop, really doesn't make sense to raise then check behind you will still action from tons of worse hands
