Hand 1, that is a terrible flop for you. You really only beat AK. Given that villain is a TAG, I highly doubt he's pushing with something on that dry of a board that doesn't have you beat right now.

Hand 2 is fine.

However, in both hands, you don't have to cbet so much on such dry boards. A 2/3 or 3/4 pot bet on both flops will get the same job done as your bets, esp. against somewhat decent players.

Hand 1 is brutal but I agree with the analysis that you are probably facing KK or QQ. Unfortunately he may have AK, but if he did, wouldn't he be afraid you had QQ or AA?

Hand 2 is standard and I bet he showed you 99..

Should I be able to find a fold in the AA hand? I just can't do it, I think I see AK too much. I'm basically never folding aces in a reraised pot with 100 BB stacks here... maybe that's a leak I dunno.

I've called w/ AA here and been shown AQ. It is a pretty tough spot. At these stakes I don't think you can find a fold even against a pretty ABC player simply because they will have AK here alot. If the stacks were 200 BB I would look for a better spot...

You have to realize that you're playing against ABC TAGs like your read says. Against your avg. donk, I say go all the way with this flop, b/c they'll gladly push with AK or KJ or KT or even KQ which you have some outs to. However, against a somewhat decent player, I think you're more likely to see a hand that beats you in these spots.
