PLO 1O , Third flush card on turn, checked to me

Sorry for the mostly unconverted hand history, I could not find a converter that works for Omaha full tilt, had to improvise.

When checked to me on the turn should I be betting? Or take the free card and try to get a full house? I was quite confused when the flush card came and they both checked.
Any help would be appreciated.

Check behind. Betting will only fold out hands that you beat, and you will get check-raised by a flush.

I would not have raised on the flop because the board poses straight and flush draws. Check the turn

You're giving them a free card to hit their draws if you don't raise the flop.

[/ QUOTE ] Isn't it impossible to give a free card when the SB bet on the flop? My suggestion was to call.

The first rule of poker is to put more money in the pot when you are ahead. On the flop hero is ahead of both villians, raising is always correct here. With position on the villians hero can play optimally on all streets.

Totally agree. Ideally, you should play a hand so you can stack an opponent while ahead. The best way to do this is by raising on this flop.

If hero pots flop, he will be able to get most of his money in on a favorable turn. But unfortunately, this turn sucks. I agree with chucky that checking behind on the turn is good.

I see no pro's to a turn bet and a lot of cons

I think you've misunderstood the concept of the free card. Although the SB has already put some money in on the flop before you act, you are currently ahead and to beat you he has to improve. If you don't raise the flop he's seeing the turn for no more than he's already put in the pot. It's still a free card even though there has been betting.
