Hand from a few Sunday Millions ago

This is a hand that one of my friends played pretty deep in the Sunday Million a few weeks ago, he sent me the hand and I have been debating it with him and a few others ever since, would be curious to hear a few opinions.

So the villain seems like a definite satelite player, defintetly spewy, but also far from the worst player you'll find in this tournament, thats about all the reads we have on him as he is fairly new to the table. My friend's image is really probably non-existent, he's taken down a few pots preflop at the table but that has been it and he has not been noticably active or noticably tight so far.

Hero has ~200k and villain covers by a bit.

Blinds 3k/6k
Hero raises to 16k utg with AsJs. Villain calls in MP.

Flop:6h10c9c
Hero bets 28k. Villain calls.

Turn: 6d
Hero bets 64k. Villan calls.

River: Ac
Now what???

ok, well the turn is really not what im interested in, he sensed weakness in the flop call for whatever reason and decided that the turn was a fine card to fire again at, maybe it's questionable but meh, w/e. the river is really what I would like to focus on.

i feel like the player described will call two streets with a draw where most better players would raise flop, or raise or fold the turn - so him having a flush should be plausible. i also don't think you get two queens to call because if he is reading hands on level 1 he'll probably think your range for 3 barreling must be beating him. if he's on like level 2 or 3 he might think this card should slow you down w/ jj-aa(what you've repped so far) and might call w/ a smaller pair than aces because he won't give you credit for vbetting an ace.

obviously it's hard to determine for sure which level a guy like this is on but i'd lean towards the former, where he's just going to fold and not think twice. so i'd check and fold, because it's unlikely to see him bluff w/ QJ or turn a ten or 88 into a bluff because people just don't do that too much.

don't like the turn bet really. you have half your stack in the pot already, my as well get the rest of it in on the river.

How do you possibly sense weakness with the flop call? Not everyone will raise with a draw or a pair in this scenario.

I don't like the turn bet. All hero has is a weak Ace high. The only hand that hero can beat is a King high (KQs or KJs).
If he has a small pocket pair the turn card for him is good.

On the river I would probably check and call most bets. If
I bet, rather than check, I would expect when I am called most of the time to be beat by a flush or better Ace. I don't think a pocket pair would play like this on the flop
or turn.

If hes a bad player you have absolutely no business trying to get him to fold any hand on the turn that he called with on the flop. None.

River is interesting. I dont think you get many calls from worse hands if you push, I just dont. You also won't see him bluff at you on the river except with exactly QJ. He'll check behind all other worse hands.

I think I check-fold.
