It's likely a non-issue since MLB is extremely unlikely to do anything to anyone without a failed drug test in hand.

I posted a link to an article that Selig was considering retroactive punishment. Obviously, still not likely, but MLB is considering it.

also, retroactive punishment is beyond absurd. I seriously seriously doubt it will ever happen. And beside being completely unfair and unethical, I doubt that even Selig is stupid enough to go through with it.
