Delays on RB update?
 

This last week, the updates on FT rakeback have been very bad. Yesterday no update at all actually (same a few days ago).

I hope this is only temporary as you guys used to do be precise as a clockwork with the updates and it is what made your business so attractive.
I would hate to see you become one of those affiliates you never know when things are going to be done.

FT are next to never abscent with the reports, yesterday was one of those days when they actually were.
Should have a full range of stats later this morning for the month of november [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

EDIT* Reports FT sent today are not up to date all the way, contacted them and we have been promised we will get a accurate report for the month of november tomorrow.

Thanks for the update.
I can see though that today hasn't been updated either.
Seems like FullTilt can't really handle their sudden growth.
A shame, it was a good site once....

Full Tilt is usually NEVER late on thier updates. Currently they told us they were 1 day behind and they would email a full update saturday (Today) They sent us blank reports [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

We don't expect things to be fully updated until Monday. We have updated our news and news ticker to warn people about the delay.

Our reports are only as good as the sites that send them to us, Full Tilt is usually the most reliable site [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

From what FT told us yesterday we are looking at a few more days before their reports are caught up.
Unfortunate but they have assured us that no stats will be lost.

No news, still waiting on the stats, contacted FT again to find out if there is any ETA we can bank on.

so im missing stats from basically last thurs - sat + some this week. (I havent played much) is this the same for every? I ask because I don't understand the 3 day delay part in FTP's explanation as it seems to me they are running 8+ days behind
