I shove here sometimes.

I'd seriously consider 3betting this flop and I def call this turn bet. SABR's idea has it's benefits, too, though...

is shoving the turn too much of an overbet?

what about raising to 80 so we can shove ~100 on river?

I like that line if you have K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] instead...

I think Alex and SABR42 have great advice, so instead of quoting them (like I should) I'll offer an alternative.

Minbet the flop and 3bet shove.

As goofy as this sounds, I think it has real merit.

a) Villain will likely fold any ace-x where x isn't a heart.

b) If villain shoves, you won't be getting odds to call if he has an ace or a set so you can fold.

c) If villain makes a small. feeler type reraise, you can shove (repping a weak lead with a made flush, gaining max FE and denying sets the odds to boat up (assuming their raise size allows for this)

d) It's fun!

I like all my options better if I have that hand instead.

Well obv.

I just meant that since you don't have the nuts, you'd like some FE. Small turn raise + half-pot river push does not have a lot of FE...
