Bet 365 is making me jump through hoops to deposit
 

so I've downloaded and set it all up, and now there are error codes in the software when trying to set up a neteller acct, and when trying to "top up funds" on their website as well

WTF?

their support has been mostly useless this whole time

anyone else get a similar experience?

Their software links to faulty websites. It was pretty annoying. Thats why I just took the 100$ bonus and ran.

after 45 minutes on the phone with them, it has them scratching their heads

who do I have to blow to get 200 bucks around here?

Have you tried live support via the web? They've been excellent everytime I've went through them.

"Top up funds" worked ok for me, i was playing in under 5 minutes after downloading. Bonus was paid fast.

ok, so I've tried topping up funds on 3 different computers, and all come back with the same damn page full of error messages in every language. Their customer support is trying to blame it on my norton antivirus

sure, except 2/3 comps I used didn't have it

think it could be their system?

I had the same problem with onlinecasino. My anti- virus/spyware software doesn't want me accessing a certain website req'd to fully install the casino software. Not being very computer savvy -- i'm afraid to bypass the program (which it's giving me the option to do) in order to permit installation of the software. With my luck i'd get a bug that would cripple my entire computer!
