What's your stack size pf? And please don't min3bet on the flop. If you're going to put in a 3rd raise make it a real one. And against this person's stats (assuming over a decent sample size) I think this is a fold after he 4bets all-in. Also I'd just call the flop raise.

Yea, just call the raise and c/f turn UI. Villain with those stats isn't firing twice on a draw.
