Villain has been tight and according to OPR is one of the better players at the FT. Am I a luckbox or is this PF call okay?

FWIW - When I called the re-raise I told myself I'd have to hit a monster flop to continue.

He gave you huge pot odds, something like 5.2:1. This is a must call, correct?

I don't have my Pokerstove on me, but I'd say he's raising TT+,AK,AQ. On the flop, I'm saying he's c/r'ing JJ+ here.

Doesn't villain's plan to check-raise the flop after taking the lead with his tiny pre-flop re-raise strike anybody as pretty odd/bad under almost any circumstances?

With this RR and a smooth call hero will check through 99% of the time here with a big A...

they do it with JJ-QQ alot to protect against an A or K hitting the turn....
