Flop bet fine, although in this situation i often check, very likely overcards or another spade will come on turn/river, making your hand very difficult to play. You definetly don't want to get involved in a big pot with this hand.

As played i think the turn check is fine.

By the river the SB has invested almost half his stack, so i don't believe he has a busted draw, then again at this level you see all sorts.

I'd call and puke when he shows quads!

dont call, your not beating much of anything besides a pair of 9's... id rather bet that scare turn for 240 as that will give you a much better tell of where you are in the hand, i don't think villan calls with much there besides hands that beat you

1. since when do you play 6.50s? I remember you million tabling the 11s

2. I am immediately shutting down once Im called on the flop. Period. There is no reason for him to c/c like that unless hes on a spade draw or has a 5. When he bets the river there it makes me feel like he does indeed have the 5

you will realize that people at this level are extremely nitty and straightforward, and probably wouldnt bet a busted flush draw.


They will, however, slowplay a 5 2 on a board of that texture

This looks like a fold to me. Either you're against a five that was probably looking to C/R the turn or AsXs got there on the turn and is vbetting.
