Spanish Tax of Pokerwins

We are 5 friends who are considering moving to Barcelona next summer.
We would like to know if we have to pay taxes of our wins and if so, how much?

Is it like en Denmark where sites with EU licens are taxfree?

Re: Spanish Tax of Pokerwins

Depends on your citizenship, whether you will be considered a resident of Spain for tax purposes, and what tax treaties your home country and Spain have in place. If you are of US citizenship, you will still be liable for taxes on your winnings, regardless of where you reside.
