looks pretty standard, you could bet full pot on flop and turn imo, you are looking to build a big pot- then bet largest you think the losing part of his range will call on river. bet a little bigger on flop and turn and you can push river and get max value from weaker hands.

no way to get outta here, standard

i aggree with colm ... 2.50$ on the flop ... 6.50$/7$ on the turn but it seems fine
