value bet river?

efficacy and I were sweating each other earlier, by the way, that was my first sweating session and I highly recommend it. Anyway, a couple hands came up that were worthy for your review and here is one of them.

Villian is 33.5/16.5/1.2 and goes to show down 38.5% over about 200 hands.

obvious check? i see 0 value in betting. the only logical hands are 22-55 ...
a6 of clubs > no way with that passive line
ace high> dont think so with 38 wts
22-55> yes, very rare. but imho the chance is higher for a 7.

no way im betting this

I check. It would be a different story if your kicker played.

Re: value bet river?

38.5 wtsd is meaningless after 200 hands.

i think it's closer than the previous posters think. he can call (correctly imo) with A high since we could just be barrelling away with JT or AJ or something.

i think a turn call from bb with a2 would be very very bad

Re: value bet river?

My first thought was easy check since the 7 pairing on the river reduces the number of second best hands he will call with, but I also think that the board pairing makes him more likely to showdown ace high too coupled with the fact that he's less likely to actually have a 7 after he checks I can see a case for betting this

Then your CO open - 2nd barrel range isnt wide enough.

I am with rzk.

This guy doesnt have Kx. You chop with other Qx. 7x looks likely unfortunately. I think its close. You will get looked up by Ax and lower pp's

BTW Numbnuts. Moving up limits? If so, GL!
