If I could have any RB/WR/TE on my favorite NFL team....
 

I'd take Adrian Peterson. I'm not talking about building for the future. I'm talking about just for winning right now. I'd choose him over Tomlinson, over S Smith, over anyone else.

Anyone with me?

Stats on the year: 5 games, 96 carries, 607 yards, 6.32 yards per carry, 10 rec for 175 yards, 17.5 yards per reception, 782 total yards, 7.37 yards per touch, 5 TDs, 1 fumble.

This despite him being pretty much the only playmaker on that entire team and teams totally keying in on him. I will be fair and mention that he has a very very good o-line though.

Won't turn 23 years old until middle of next March....dare I say that hes only going to get even better??

Last year I remember there being a LT appriciation thread. AD deserves one this year.


P.S. I havn't really been following Gaines Adams too much, but you think the Bucs wish they could go back to last year's draft and pick again?

Randy Moss is the best weapon in NFL when trying. Based on this year this appears to be the case, still. Probably not a six game fluke. Heh. Adrian Peterson certainly in top 3-5.

I'll take a reciever that can catch the ball and run with it. Northcutt actually wasn't as bad as brown fans said he was, but Steve Smith would be wonderful.
