Playtech Acquires Tribeca
 

Playtech announced they acquired Tribeca - "subject to the satisfaction of several conditions."

Playtech said Tribeca will cease all operations within 6 months of the agreement - giving time for the migration to take affect.

Tribeca has said recently they would not take US players and this will not change when the migration to Playtech is completed.

Doyles Room seems intent on staying in the US market, but on what network remains to be seen.
