Rolled up

Rolled up 6's, bet, Q raises, 6's 3 bet, Q calls. Q rolls off. Really certain that is 3 Q's. How far do you go with this hand and how do you proceed?

Man, this isn't nearly enough information.

Bottom line, if you're really certain you're drawing to one out, I kinda like a fold. Or at least try to check it down.

Really depends. Against unknown I think you should fold. Against a really aggressive opponent it's too tempting to call down, but you're not really getting a good price.

Why proceed when you know you are beat?

depends on how much money is in the pot, is he aggressive? lot of factors. Normally I will call him down hoping to boat up depending on how much money is in the pot.

With a queen out, why can't raiser have a pocket pair instead of split queens? I'd be really unlikely to fold trips here.

As I read the description, there is only one Q showing on 3rd. The Q who leads and the Q who calls are the same Q. I could be wrong though.

If there is another Q showing I call. If not... well. If you are fairly certain he has 3 queens you should fold. The pot is rarely large enough to change a full house or quads.

A big pair is a larger part of his range then QQQ imo

I dont fold trips in stud hi (asuming it is stud hi)

EDIT: unless someones face cardscontain a higher trips obviously. But if he shows 4 to a straigth flush I wouldnt fold untill the river (hoping to boat up) and then the pot is probadly so large you have to call the riverbet anyway
