and the time/place/date... how can I look up why someone is being summoned to court?

I gave you the correct answer. If you had the actual summons, you could also probably call the attorney who issued it. Calling the court clerk is still the right play.

As for your offer, if I drink enough and don't go out looking for bush, I might consider it. ***
