Common situation in RR pot with TT

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($99)
BB ($111.05)
UTG ($36.70)
MP ($59.85)
Hero ($118.10)

Preflop: Hero is Button with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to $13</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls $9.

Flop: ($27) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $18.5</font>, Hero does what?

Villain here is a decent TAG, stats are 19/16/2.8. He is probably solid/ABC enough to not be reraising lighter than the situation calls for, but it's obviously a spot where good players can reraise fairly wide.

I called preflop because folding seemed incredibly weak and exploitable, yet 4betting totally unnecessary. But what do I do now? I suspect villain is cbetting damn near 100% of his reraised hands, so folding still seems kind of weak.

Is it okay/standard to call a flop bet and then fold if he fires again on the turn? If we call and he checks turn, should we be betting? Sorry if this is actually standard, but it's got me very confused.

i would fold. i dont like calling/folding much w. this hand. too many cards to kill action, dont know wtf he's betting with (is he bluffing w. the better hand, ie. QQ?)/etc.

which flops are you peeling then? i assume we can't be playing solely for set value, or can we?

If he's TAG, the ONLY hand you're ahead of is AQ IMO, once in a while AJs. I doubt 99 or AT or somethin like that reraises preflop, even against a button raise (unless your image is like insane lagtard). pretty std fold
