Villain fairly new to the table so no real read. At this point I've put him on top pair. I'm guessing hes going to check call the flop if hes got an 8 and if the turn card has made a straight then he's prob going to check instead of betting out. So do I push on the turn or just flat call him?

Easy push, he has only 4-5 bucks left.
Well played.

Given the stack, its instacall.

Yeah he is lol so my call/push didnt make much sense! So in the hand - I called him, a 9 came on the river and he turned over JQ. Bit of a suck out but wasn't too bothered by it.
